The Heart of the Mountains Hospice, Inc., strives to create options with dignity and integrity in providing high quality home hospice and respite care for individuals and their support systems within the communities of Grand County.

Our primary goal is to uphold the Heart of the Mountains Hospice, Inc. mission of providing in-home supportive care to the terminally ill.

The Maverick's Grille, Big Shooter's Coffee Shop, and the Hospice staff will host casual coffee gatherings. The meetings will take place in Granby (Maverick Grille) on the 2nd Wednesday of the month and in Kremmling (Big Shooter's) on the 4th Wednesday.  The group started on February 27, 2008.  The purpose of the group is to provide support and education to people that are grieving the loss of a loved one.

The Calendar of Events is a great way to quickly see what is happening.  Check it often!
